CUSTOM SERVICE / 05 — DIGITAL TWIN

Custom Digital Twin Products

Map a real space or piece of equipment to a digital interface, connect objects with relevant information, and make them easier to explore, understand and use.

SCENE MODEL 01

Explore a 3D factory and select equipment to see its location, relationships and simulated status.

Preparing the 3D factory; the overview below remains available.

Simulated small-factory space and material flowA conceptual model showing the locations and material flow between receiving, production, raw-material storage, compressed-air equipment and inspection/dispatch. All geometry and states are simulated. An original conceptual factory with sample data and demonstration animations. No real sensors are connected; live monitoring, alerts and physical simulation require separate integration.

A SCENE WITH A PURPOSE

More than a place on a screen.
A scene people can use.

Start with the people and the task. Design how space and data work together, so each view brings useful understanding and context.

Campus & venue guides

Let people find their way

Connect buildings, entrances and visitor routes. Turn plans and explanations into a place people can explore.

Spatial display · wayfinding · exhibition

Equipment & asset interfaces

Give every asset its context

Bring identifiers, locations and relevant records together. Show available status data alongside the object it belongs to.

Asset directory · data views · inspection context

Presentation & training

Make complex things easier to explain

Let people explore a process, inspect a component or follow a guided explanation in a shared digital scene.

Product demos · training · interactive explanation

PROJECT PREPARATION / FIRST SCOPE

Choose a real question first.
Then define the first digital scene.

You do not need a complete model or live data on day one. Start with a small, explainable set of objects and see which available materials can support an initial view.

What you may already have

  • 01Models and drawings3D models, floor plans or site photosOptional
  • 02Object identifiersNames, IDs, zones and hierarchyOptional
  • 03Data and interfacesSample fields, API notes or asset listsAs needed

If materials are incomplete, a representative set of objects can help clarify structure first. Modeling and integration depend on the available inputs.

A FIRST SCOPE / INITIAL VALIDATION

Begin with three questions

  1. What to show?Which space, object or device matters first?
  2. Who will use it?What should people understand or do?
  3. What is available?Who owns the model, data and interfaces?

Live updates, physical simulation, prediction and automated control need separate evaluation against data sources, interfaces, accuracy requirements and runtime conditions. They are not included by default.
